Queer-Affirming Therapy in Washington State (Online)

Exploring your identity, relationships, and place in the world can be complex especially when parts of who you are haven’t always felt fully seen, supported, or understood.

I offer online therapy for people across Washington State who are navigating identity exploration, queer and LGBTQ+ experiences, relationships, trauma, and the ways these intersect with other parts of life.

What you may be navigating:

  • exploring or questioning your identity

  • coming out (or deciding not to)

  • navigating relationships, dating, or family dynamics

  • internalized shame or self-doubt

  • experiences of marginalization or not feeling fully understood

  • holding multiple identities that don’t always feel reflected in the world

How therapy can help:

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain or justify parts of who you are.

In our work, we may:

  • explore identity in a way that feels open and not rushed

  • process experiences of harm, misunderstanding, or invisibility

  • build a stronger sense of self-trust and self-understanding

  • navigate relationships and boundaries

  • make space for the parts of you that haven’t always had room to exist

This may be a good fit if you are:

  • exploring or questioning your identity

  • identifying as queer, LGBTQ+, or outside of dominant norms

  • navigating relationships or family dynamics connected to identity

  • wanting a space where you don’t have to filter or translate your experience

I work with adults across Washington State through online therapy.
