Therapy for advocates, social justice warriors, vegans, and anyone carrying the weight of the world—this is your place to be held.
You care. You act. You speak out. You live in alignment with your values, even when the world makes it exhausting.
Whether you're an activist, a vegan, an advocate, or someone who just feels it all—you deserve a space where you don’t have to explain why it matters so much. Where your grief, anger, love, and burnout are met with care.
This is therapy for those who carry the weight of injustice and still believe in a better world. Here, you get to rest. Here, you are held.
You don’t have to carry it all alone.

The world can feel uncertain and heavy—especially when you’re deeply committed to justice, activism, or living in alignment with your values.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor, and I was born with a physical disability. I understand firsthand the weight of anxiety, the struggle with self-doubt, and the loneliness that comes from living in a world that often wasn’t built with you in mind. Sometimes, we just need space to breathe—a place where we don’t have to meet impossible expectations and can simply be ourselves.
I’m especially passionate about working with activists, social justice warriors, vegans, and anyone carrying the emotional weight of fighting for a better world. I know how exhausting it can be to stay committed to your values while navigating systemic oppression and burnout.
I’m vegan, which influences my commitment to nonviolence, respect for all beings, and social justice in every part of my life and practice.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves to fit into systems that weren’t designed for us. The most profound shifts came when I was supported by people who saw the systemic forces shaping my life and who stood with me in the messy, difficult parts—offering compassion, patience, and understanding. That kind of support showed me that I didn’t have to carry the burden alone. You deserve that, too: a space where you are truly seen, heard, and validated in your unique experience.
What I’ve come to realize is this: you can’t outrun pain or push it aside forever (trust me, I’ve tried). True healing happens when we face the hardest parts of ourselves—especially those shaped by systemic injustice—with kindness and compassion. Sometimes, we need someone to walk beside us—a therapist, a trusted ally, or a comforting presence—to help carry the weight when it’s too much to bear alone.
That’s what I offer: a space to rest, reflect, and heal in a world that often demands too much from those who care deeply. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, confront them without shame, and find ways to reclaim your power. We’ll honor your experiences, rebuild your resilience, and create a path forward that’s authentically yours.

Here’s what we might explore together:
Your Inner World (IFS)
Do you feel torn between different parts of yourself? Maybe one part needs rest, while another pushes you to keep going, especially when the world demands so much. We’ll explore these parts with compassion, helping you find balance, self-acceptance, and the freedom to honor your needs.Your Body’s Wisdom (Somatic Work)
Your body holds the stories of your life and your activism. We’ll tune into its wisdom to guide your healing and reconnect with your body’s natural resilience, especially when burnout or trauma show up physically.Your Relationships (Attachment Work)
Your connections to others are shaped by your past and the societal systems around us. Together, we’ll explore how these patterns impact your relationships and work toward creating deeper, more authentic connections.Your Awareness
Healing doesn’t require mastering mindfulness. Sometimes, it’s simply learning to pause and notice what’s happening inside without judgment. We’ll create space for clarity, relief, and renewed strength through this awareness. What Matters to You
In a world full of demands and injustices, it can be hard to stay connected to what truly matters. We’ll explore your values and passions—whether activism, veganism, or something else—and support you in living a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Why Work With Me?
The world often tells us we're broken or need fixing—but I don’t believe that’s true. Therapy is about creating a space where you can drop the performance and be fully yourself, especially when you’ve been carrying the weight of fighting for justice and change.
Living with a disability has shown me how complex and layered our individual journeys are. Healing happens when we feel seen, accepted, and celebrated exactly as we are—no fixing needed.
Together, we’ll explore, reflect, and even find moments of lightness in the toughest times. You don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m here for you, every step of the way.

Before I became a therapist, I worked in roles that taught me a lot about people, connection, and the power of support. As an employment consultant, I helped people with disabilities find their place in the workplace—building confidence, learning to advocate for themselves, and stepping into their independence. Witnessing that growth was truly life-changing for me.
I also spent time as a paraeducator, helping students discover their strengths and learn in ways that made sense for them. That experience reinforced how essential patience, creativity, and genuine connection are to supporting growth. It deepened my belief that everyone deserves a space to be themselves—no judgment, no pressure, just acceptance and encouragement.
When I’m not in therapy, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dog—whether we’re off exploring nature or curled up for a cozy nap. Nature is a big part of my life; I love being outside, walking through the trees or sitting quietly by the water. I also enjoy the little things: trying new vegan recipes, getting lost in a good show, or just savoring moments of calm.
As a bisexual vegan living with a disability, I deeply understand the importance of embracing every part of who we are. Life is about showing up authentically—no filters, no apologies. That’s the energy I bring to therapy, too. My lived experience shapes how I support clients navigating personal challenges and the systemic forces that impact us all. Whether you’re managing chronic illness, battling self-doubt, or simply searching for a way back to feeling like yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering space, patience, and no pressure, just support as you heal and grow.
